To manage the prevailing change, many companies embarked on the agile journey in the last years. Some established working agile organizations successfully and thought they would be on the end of their journey. However, change never stops and sometimes it comes in massive waves putting the entire organizational setup to the test.
In such a case, the Inspect & Adapt (I&A) mechanisms, being inherent in all agile frameworks, cannot cope with it anymore.
