Best practices to manage the transition towards your Agile Organization 2.0
To manage the prevailing change, many companies embarked on the agile journey in the last years. Some established working agile organizations successfully and thought they would be on the end of their journey. However, change never stops and sometimes it comes in massive waves putting the entire organizational setup to the test.
In such a case, the Inspect & Adapt (I&A) mechanisms, being inherent in all agile frameworks, cannot cope with it anymore. Further, the change management guidelines related to agile mainly focus on introducing rather than reorganizing agile structures. Here, we want to share our experience, what matters the most to guide an agile organization through each of the phases of the well-known change curve.
