About Claudia Kessler

  • Entrepreneur and visionary and one of the few female executives in the international space sector with more than thirty years of experience.
  • Founder of Astronautin GmbH with the goal of seeing the first German woman off into space.
  • Founder of the Europe-wide network "Women in Aerospace Europe" (WIA-E) Member of the Senate of the German Aerospace Society (DGLR) and the International Aeronautical Academy (IAA).
  • 2004 - 2018: as CEO at HE Space, a personnel service provider specializing in space professionals, she achieved a representation of women of 55% amidst her 200 technical employees.
  • Since 2017 member of the 3DSE Advisory Board, where, in addition to her excellent industry knowledge and deep expertise, she supports the consulting firm as a mentor for 3DSE female consultants in the area of diversity and women empowerment.
