Getting started in consulting

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated employee for our Munich office to enhance our team.

Starting as a student

As a student, you work on real consulting projects in our project team for a defined period of time. From the very beginning, you are a part of the project team and are responsible for providing valuable support work. This is how you become familiar with consulting topics at 3DSE and the world of our clients.

We offer two scenarios for starting with us:

As a student trainee, up to 20 hours per week
As a full-time intern

Starting as a graduate

From the very start you are a part of a project team and work directly with our clients. Our projects are concerned with optimizing processes in the area of product development. Together with colleagues, you develop potential for improvements in existing processes and implement new, improved methods and processes. You support innovation projects with creativity and a pioneering spirit.

You quickly become familiar with our analytical and results-oriented working methods. Thanks to close cooperation with experienced consultants and goal-oriented competence development, you can quickly be promoted to Consultant.

Starting as a young professional

As a young professional, you have already had experiences in the industry and as a consultant, can independently tackle tasks, and are able to clearly define work packages within a project. Our projects are concerned with optimizing processes in the area of product development. You develop potential for improvements in existing processes and implement new, improved methods and processes. You support innovation projects with creativity and a pioneering spirit.

As you gather more experience, you take on increasingly broader realms of responsibility and more complex tasks. You are also a skilled contact person for our Junior Consultants. You constantly develop yourself further by cooperating with experienced consultants and, with goal-oriented competence development, you can become a senior consultant.

Starting as an experienced consultant

As an experienced consultant, you have expertise in a field and several years of professional experience as a consultant. You take responsibility for clients and projects. You lead smaller teams and are a sounding board for colleagues and clients. You work closely together with our clients to better understand their problems and develop strategies for solutions. Together with your colleagues, you guide the implementation of your recommendations and help clients as they successfully exploit their potential.

We are currently looking for senior consultants with experience in agile methods, product development, innovation management, and systems engineering.
